About Breakthrough 915

Who We Are

We facilitate educational and career opportunities and mental health services for youth and young adults in El Paso County so they can maximize their potential and thrive in their career paths.

Our goal is to identify organizations who provide specialized services, such as school districts, work centers and nonprofit organizations, and match them with people between 16 and 24 years old who may not be working or going to school.

We believe that with equity access to opportunities, young people can make a positive impact on the whole community.

We connect most local disadvantaged youth to employment and educational opportunities within five years.

We establish a relationship with most youth- and young adult-focused service providers within one year.

We create a network of 50+ youth- and young adult-friendly professionals within one year.
